Deft Services is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor and SIF Distributor (ARN-110481), and APMI Registered PMS Distributor (APRN05434). We provide distribution services for mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and other financial products. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You shall not:

Use the website for any fraudulent activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
Upload viruses or malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the operation of the website

4. KYC & Compliance

To avail our services, you must complete KYC as per SEBI guidelines. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding and promptly update such information when required.

5. Commission Disclosure

You acknowledge that investments in mutual fund schemes through us are in the Regular Plan, which involves payment of commission by the AMC to us. Commission rates are available on AMC websites and the AMFI website.

You acknowledge that all investments are subject to market and other risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are responsible for making your own investment decisions after reading scheme documents and considering your risk profile.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

For any grievances, please contact us first. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to SEBI via the SCORES portal within 30 days.
