From a shared vision of transparent and disciplined investing — to a growing mutual fund distribution firm in Bhilwara.
Deft Services was founded in November 2018 by Deepak Jain and Sonal Jain with the aim of making mutual fund investments simple, accessible, and well-structured for individuals across different financial backgrounds.
What started as a focused practice has grown into a financial distribution firm managing over ₹130 crore in mutual fund assets for more than 2,000 clients across Bhilwara and beyond (as on latest available data).
We follow a transparent and process-driven approach, focusing on long-term investing, clear communication, and consistent client support.
We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-110481) and do not provide investment advisory services.

Deepak Jain is a Bhilwara-based financial services professional with over 21 years of experience in banking, insurance, and investment product distribution. He has extensive experience in retail and HNI client servicing, with a focus on long-term wealth creation through disciplined and systematic investing.
Leadership at Deft Services
Since November 2018, Deepak has been serving as Co-Founder & Principal Officer at Deft Services, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-110481). The firm facilitates mutual fund transactions for over 2,000 clients, with approximately ₹130 crore in assets under distribution. Past AUM figures are not indicative of future growth.
